DOC NELSON is truly the consummate musician, and a giant among equals in the world of performing guitarists. Having played professionally for 35 years; he has developed a playing style uniquely original, versatile, and innovative, that in plain english; "Puts the sweet cream icing on the cake".
DOC is at home playing several styles, as this is how he developed as a player. Traditional Country, Blues, New Country, R&B, Soul, Lite Jazz, and Classic Rock...DOC's at home with all of them. DOC'S been out on the road with the great, the near great, and a host of hot road bands over the years. It's fun to watch a bandleader try and throw DOC a curve.
